Vulnerable customers are those who, due to various circumstances, are at increased risk of experiencing financial difficulties or may struggle to responsibly manage their Mondeum Capital (UK) account. An example of a vulnerable customer can be an individual with a disability or mental health challenges, or an individual undergoing significant life events, such as the loss of a loved one or increased financial hardship.
